National Inspection & Consultants, an Element Company, is seeking experienced NDT Level II UT Immersion Technicians for a long-term contract opportunity supporting aerospace inspection operations in Southern Georgia.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform automated UT immersion inspections on aerospace components in accordance with approved procedures
Set up, calibrate, and operate immersion UT equipment
Interpret inspection data and evaluate results for acceptance or rejection
Accurately document inspection results and maintain required inspection records
Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and customer requirements
Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams as required
Requirements:
Current NDT Level II UT certification (ASNT SNT-TC-1A or equivalent)
Experience with UT immersion / automated UT systems, including familiarity with automated turntable scanning systems.
Experience in aerospace or high-precision manufacturing is preferred.
Ability to read and interpret technical procedures, drawings, and specifications
Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
ITAR Requirement: U.S. Citizenship or U.S. Person status is required. This position requires access to information subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
