Position: Care Partner

Wage Starting wage for Care Partners: $17.00–$18.00 per hour.
Shift Schedule Week 1: Monday, Wednesday, Saturday, Sunday
Week 2: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 7am–11am
Responsibilities
Advocate of Empathy – Understand the importance of empathy and create human connection with residents during their most vulnerable moments.
Generous Gift Giver – Be present, share your talents, and be someone you’d want to work with, someone others can count on.
– Create an inclusive and positive environment by investing with your whole heart in your work, team members, and the community.
Engaged Egghead – Be curious, ask questions, don’t assume that just because you don’t know you can’t find out. Be engaged in your development, growth, and training within the organization.
Proactive – Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care.
Qualifications
Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proficient in reading, writing, understanding, and communicating in English with residents.
Positive and energetic attitude that loves residents.
Computer skills to print documents and enter information about residents.
Active – able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop all day.
Able to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
Able to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, and assist persons after a fall.
Criminally cleared.
