At Hotel Forty Five, located in the vibrant downtown of Macon, the Restaurant Server plays an essential role in creating exceptional dining experiences for every guest. From the moment guests are seated to the final farewell, this position ensures warm, attentive, and knowledgeable service across all dining outlets.The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, with a solid understanding of service flow and a genuine enthusiasm for engaging with guests. Familiarity with wine, spirits, and Micros POS is preferred. While prior bar or craft cocktail experience is a plus, it is not required.
