Job Summary: We are seeking a Kitchen Utility Worker to maintain cleanliness and organization in our kitchen. The ideal candidate will assist in washing dishes, cleaning kitchen equipment, and ensuring the work area is sanitized. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Proven experience of 3 to 6 months in a similar role Knowledge of proper sanitation practices Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail Ability to work weekends and/or holidays, if needed Ability to work with minimal supervision Ability to follow instructions accurately and logging information on forms are crucial skills Responsibilities: Wash dishes, pots, pans, and utensils Clean kitchen equipment, floors, and work areas Dispose of trash and recyclables Assist with food preparation as needed Follow proper sanitation procedures at all times Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods Lift and carry up to 50 pounds Work in a hot and humid environment Schedule: This is a full-time position with flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
