Responsibilities
Examine damaged vehicles and efficiently plan repair processes.
Communicate with team members about repair status.
Perform quality repairs while maintaining on‑time targets.
Decide on repair versus replacement, considering safety, cost, and cycle time.
Remove upholstery, accessories, electrical and hydraulic window operating equipment, and trim to access vehicle and fenders.
Participate in all required safety meetings.
File, grind, and sand repaired surfaces using power and hand tools.
Direct and explain procedures to apprentices when needed.
Qualifications
Ability to use frame machine.
Certification in body repair preferred.
Knowledge of vehicle repair processes by manufacturer.
I‑CAR welding certified.
Skill in analyzing and interpreting measuring data.
Ability to supervise repair personnel.
Must pass a thorough background check.

This position is paid on a commission/flat rate structure. Flag pay guarantees local minimum wage for all hours worked each week.
Posted Min Pay Rate : USD $65,000.00/Yr. Posted Max Pay Rate : USD $161,640.00/Yr.
