\ Responsibilities
Consistently deliver exceptional customer service to salon professionals
Sell professional beauty brands, educate customers on promotions, events, and advertised products; process and replenish merchandise; participate in inventories and cycle counts; maintain store appearance; process sales and returns
Gain essential product knowledge and share beauty industry trends with customers
Collaborate in a positive team environment; achieve goals and priorities
Commit to excellence and seek growth opportunities
Act with integrity at all times
Requirements
Outstanding customer service and communication skills
Retail or related experience strongly preferred
Basic reading and math skills
Ability to use computerized point-of-sale system; SAP experience preferred
Must be able to work weekends as required
18 years of age and High School Diploma or equivalent GED preferred
Capable of lifting up to 20 lbs.
Capable of standing and walking throughout the store during scheduled shift
Salary From: $16.20
To: $18.20
