AutoZone’s Parts Sales Manager drives sales performance, fosters a high‑performing team, and ensures an exceptional WOW! Customer Service experience. This role supports store operations, inventory management, and commercial account support while upholding safety and compliance standards. Responsibilities
Lead store and commercial departments; assist the Store Manager in developing a motivated, high‑performing team. Maintain clear, effective communication with customers and employees to support smooth operations and positive experiences. Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance metrics to drive business success. Follow structured store procedures, manage inventory and cash handling, and control shrink to ensure operational efficiency. Collaborate with store staff and commercial leaders to deliver seamless operations and customer service excellence. Exceed sales targets, optimize inventory levels, and manage timely returns processing and merchandising. Enforce PPE use, promote risk‑management practices, and uphold company safety standards. Assist in managing commercial and hub departments to support timely deliveries and customer needs. Resolve customer concerns and store operational issues swiftly while upholding company policies. Qualifications
Demonstrated leadership, integrity, and decision‑making skills. Previous automotive retail experience and strong people skills in both Spanish and English. Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certification preferred. Flexible schedule availability, including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed. Benefits
