Hiring immediately for full-time or part-time hourly restaurant dine‑in food and beverage Servers, Waitresses or Waiters.
P.F. Chang's Pay Range (based on experience): $12.00 / hour + tips.
Job Summary The dine‑in food and beverage Servers, Waitresses or Waiters are core team members of the scratch kitchen restaurant. All team members must demonstrate customer service expertise by providing an individualized, exceptional guest experience.
Job Responsibilities
Deliver an amazing hospitality experience to guests, anticipating, delivering, and exceeding guests’ expectations.
Understand the restaurant menu to engage guests on choosing menu items and answer guest questions.
Guide guests through their dining experience while taking, placing, and serving food and beverage orders, and process payments.
Understand restaurant seating layout, table assignments to server areas, and how to deliver food within the restaurant.
Job Requirements
Previous experience is not required – we will train you!
Excellent customer‑service skills and etiquette.
Ability to execute proper sanitation practices and safety procedures.
Must meet state minimum age for serving alcoholic beverages.
Have a current Food Handler’s Card where applicable, or we will help you obtain it.
Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced, team‑work environment.
