As a Merchandiser at Breakthru Beverage, you will creatively showcase our brands by building displays, managing inventory, and optimizing product placement across our customer accounts. Job Description Summary Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, provide feedback to the sales team on merchandising opportunities, and continually develop product knowledge across beer, wine, and spirits.
Responsibilities
Daily merchandising in new and existing accounts:
Stock shelves and rotate inventory.
Build displays.
Manage POS materials.
Reset stores for remodels, grand openings, or seasonal changes.
Build strong rapport with key account relationships; share feedback on merchandising activities to:
Identify brand/category opportunities.
Expand shelf and cold‑box facings.
Communicate out‑of‑stock or new item opportunities.
Learn and grow product knowledge for brands and customers.
Handle beverage alcohol products responsibly and conduct safe, responsible interactions with the public.
Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.
Minimum Qualifications
21 years or older (prefer HS diploma or equivalent).
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Excellent customer service, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
High professionalism and sound judgment.
Availability for occasional weekends.
Able to lift and carry 45–65 pounds.
Physical Requirements
Frequently sit, stand, bend, squat, and reach.
Frequently climb up and down a ladder.
Regularly lift 45–65 lbs.
Use hands and fingers to operate a computer and telephone during duties.
Compensation $20.00/hr + $2,400 annual car allowance and company‑issued fuel card.
Benefits Eligible for health care benefits, life insurance, paid time off, and a 401(k) plan.
