Sam's Club is looking for a dedicated Associate to develop and support Membership, promote the value of Company products and services, and help meet Membership goals. The role involves processing Membership upgrades and credit accounts, participating in sales and marketing events, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Base Pay Range $19.00/hr – $26.00/hr

Position Summary & Responsibilities

Provide accurate information on Membership benefits and promote Membership value to customers.

Support Membership upgrades and process credit account transactions.

Participate in sales and marketing events to achieve Membership goals.

Maintain Facility safety by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines.

Conduct safety sweeps, perform proper forklift spotting, and handle hazardous materials safely.

Follow Company steel standard guidelines and report unsafe situations to Management.

Fulfill Member Fax/n Pull and Click n Pull orders by reviewing, pulling, scanning, wrapping, palletizing, and ensuring order accuracy.

Collaborate with managers, coworkers, customers, and other business partners to identify priorities, deadlines, and expectations.

Communicate progress and recommend improvements to address opportunities and adapt to change.

Provide exceptional Member service by acknowledging customers, addressing needs, aiding purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting Company products and services.

Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards, using the Open Door Policy for continuous improvement.

Respect diversity, foster a culture of belonging, and support associate development through mentoring.

Operate with high integrity and compliance, supporting Walmart’s regenerative goals and putting customers first.

The hourly wage range for this position is $19.00 to $26.00. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the applicable minimum wage.

Additional compensation may include premiums ranging from $0.35/hr to $3.00/hr, based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.
