We are seeking a safety‑first Arborist to join our professional team in White River Junction, VT. As an Arborist you will perform tree and shrub care, conduct risk assessments, and support our crew with hands‑on and aerial lift duties. Compensation
$18.00 – $30.00 per hour

Responsibilities
Perform ground, tree climbing, and aerial lift duties as directed by the Arborist Crew Leader Safely conduct arboriculture tasks including tree identification, risk assessments, pruning, removals, cabling, bracing, root collar excavations, and proper tool/equipment maintenance (hand tools, chainsaws, chippers, aerial lifts) Apply tree and shrub care treatments using spray, tree injection, and soil injection tools as prescribed by the Arborist Representative Learn and adhere to all safety rules and company safety policies Demonstrate passion for nature, environment, and outdoors
Qualifications
Prefer at least one year of experience in the tree care industry Valid driver’s license and clean motor vehicle record (Class B CDL preferred) Ability to work outdoors year‑round in all weather conditions Valid state pesticide applicator license or willingness to obtain following hire date (we will pay for exam cost and help prepare)
