Carrols Corporation owns and operates over 1,000 Burger King restaurants and seeks Team Members to deliver excellent customer service in a fast‑paced environment. Base Pay
$15.00 – $16.00 per hour. Responsibilities
Serve and prepare burgers, sides, and beverages. Welcome customers, take accurate orders, and manage payments using the cash register. Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, dining area, and restrooms to meet health and safety standards. Assist guests with questions or resolve service issues as needed. Participate in team efforts to keep the restaurant busy and customer happy. Qualifications
At least 16 years old. Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑based environment. Good communication skills. Physical ability to stand, lift up to 25 pounds, bend, kneel, stoop, and reach frequently. Physical Demands
Remaining on feet for several hours at a time. Lifting and carrying up to 25 pounds. Manual dexterity for pressing and grabbing. Frequent bending, kneeling, stooping, and reaching. Benefits
