This training role prepares you for the Account Sales Manager position. You will support sales initiatives and provide route coverage for the ASM during vacation, sickness, injury, or special projects, ensuring professional service to all customers while meeting Red Bull executional standards.
Responsibilities
Participate in the training program and, upon successful completion, interview for open Account Sales Manager roles.
Maintain customer relationships between sales, merchandising, and operations for all large & small format “off premise” stores.
Support the ASMs/DSMs in daily priorities and coordinate with them on the use of tools (insights, displays, POS, pricing).
Cover ASM routes as needed and meet daily KPI focused on sales, distribution, pricing, display, new accounts, and merchandising.
Assist in off‑route activities such as audits, blitz, building displays, and merchandising to drive sales.
Follow Global Strategy for In‑Store Execution measured by Winning vs Competition (WVC) & Perfect Store Audit (PSA).
Learn Red Bull brand, products, and execution standards; protect the brand through proper product rotation and brand flow.
Qualifications
Valid US Driver’s License and DOT Medical card.
At least 21 years of age.
Experience in customer service and sales is a plus.
Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory or advertising displays.
Fluency in English; additional languages an advantage.
