Part‑time Nabisco Merchandiser Join our team of part‑time Nabisco Merchandisers and fulfill the merchandising needs of our customers through communication and relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing displays. Become an ambassador of world‑famous brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, and other industry‑leading snacks.
Responsibilities
Represent Mondelēz in front of in‑store employees and work closely with the sales representative to optimize product visibility and construct promotional displays.
Carry out in‑store visits according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps, including capturing pictures of displays at assigned stores.
Ensure Nabisco leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained following Mondelēz’ guidelines.
Ensure the Sales Representative’s negotiated plans with store managers are followed and communicate any issues to Mondelēz’ management team.
Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager for efficient in‑store service.
Enhance seasonal sales, displays, and new product launches.
Demonstrate a positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz in store.
Qualifications
At least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license issued by the state of residence.
Positive, professional, self‑motivated, and able to work independently.
Ability to drive personal vehicle to multiple store locations; mileage reimbursed.
Ability to download and use work‑related applications on a personal device.
Capability to perform hard work in a fast‑paced environment and meet physical requirements such as repetitive lifting, bending, carrying up to 25 lbs, and occasionally pushing or pulling over 50 lbs.
Previous retail or grocery experience is a plus.
Live within 25 miles of the primary location: Dunwoody, GA (secondary: Roswell, GA or Brookhaven, GA).
Schedule availability required: Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday.
Salary and Benefits Hourly compensation: $14.00 to $16.00, based on relevant experience.
Benefits include 401(k) Savings Plan, mileage reimbursement per company policy, career advancement opportunities, Health and Well‑Being Program, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), Internet reimbursement of $10.00 when a company device is not provided, and safety equipment such as kneeling pads, safety knives, and PPE.
