Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. Base salary is just one component of our competitive Total Rewards package, which includes wellness programs designed to support our team members' financial, physical, and mental well‑being. Specific benefits—such as day‑one medical coverage, 401(k) matching, and annual performance bonus—may vary by position. Paid time off is earned according to the local policy and increases with the length of employment.
Responsibilities
Perform to exceptional high standards the cleaning duties in public and back of house areas, as assigned, in order to achieve the cleanest, most comfortable experience for our guest and fellow staff, in order to assist in reaching profitability, guest satisfaction, workforce strength, and compliance goals.
Sweep and vacuum carpets and floors.
Mop floors.
Dust and polish fixtures, furniture, and flooring.
Clean windows and doors.
Wash and wipe down of stairwells, base boards, walls, waste cans, and other items as assigned.
Remove trash cans and debris.
Responsible for prompt attention to cleaning up spills or accidents or debris.
Conduct all guest and staff interactions in a pleasant and helpful manner and be knowledgeable of and forthright with information about our property and services.
Maintain a clean working area at all times and ensure that equipment and work materials are not left in an unsafe or unsightly manner.
Qualifications
0-6 months of prior work experience.
Must have the ability to read, write, and speak English.
Must have the ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from guests.
Must have the ability to read and interpret documents, such as safety rules and operating and maintenance instructions.
Must have the ability to present information and respond to questions from employees and guests.
Must have the ability to interpret a variety of instructions (i.e., written, oral, etc.).
Must qualify for a license with the Pennsylvania State Racing Commission and meet any credentialing requirements of the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board.
