Role Overview Join Falcon Farms as a part‑time Flower Merchandiser. Bring color and joy to our customers by ensuring flowers are beautifully displayed in each store and that every visit leaves a lasting impression.
What We Offer
Pay: $17.00 per hour.
Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Friday 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM; Saturday 1:30 h flexible.
Paid training to become an expert in flower handling.
Mobile phone allowance.
Transportation expense reimbursement per route.

Responsibilities
Ensure flower displays are immaculate and attractive.
Restock, organize, and monitor flower inventory.
Use mobile device to communicate with supervisor and report activities.
Interact professionally and friendly with employees, managers, and customers.
Support during festive seasons (Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Christmas).
Participate in setting up new displays and inventory adjustments as needed.
Work independently while supporting teammates during special activities.
Physical Requirements
Lift and move boxes up to 40 pounds frequently.
Bend, stretch, lift products above shoulders.
Walk and stand for most of shift.
Basic Requirements
At least 18 years old.
Read, write, and understand instructions in English.
Reliable transportation.
Internet access and smartphone.
Availability during peak season (Nov – May).
