Responsibilities

Prepare, cook, and plate line‑cook items in a fast‑paced kitchen.

Assist in food preparation, portion control, and mise‑en‑place.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area.

Follow food safety and sanitation standards.

Qualifications

Minimum age 16 years; must be able to work in the US.

Strong preference for previous cook or kitchen experience in a high‑volume setting.

Ability to work flexible schedules.
