Description As a Server in our community restaurant, you deliver exceptional dining experiences to senior residents, ensuring their dietary needs and preferences are met while fostering a welcoming environment.

Position Summary You build meaningful relationships with residents, work in a flexible schedule, and enjoy growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Greet residents and guests warmly, creating a positive dining atmosphere.
Take meal orders accurately and deliver food and beverages promptly.
Serve meals according to residents' dietary requirements and preferences.
Prepare the dining room before each meal by setting tables.
Clear and reset tables promptly after meals.
Communicate resident feedback to the Culinary Director or kitchen staff.
Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Ensure compliance with local health department regulations and Cogir standards.
Requirements
A high school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
Food Handler Card and understanding of kitchen sanitation and food codes (a plus).
6–12 months of experience in a serving, hospitality, or customer service role.
Previous experience in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality settings.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills.
Friendly, patient, professional demeanor.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellent customer service.
Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Salary: $15 per hour.
