Earn $80,600 – $87,000 per year with a guaranteed weekly minimum of $1,550. Receive a $500 new‑hire transition bonus and a $3,000 referral bonus for each qualified driver referred. Enjoy a $250/day paid orientation spanning two days. Schedule is night shift with consistent, dedicated routes and home weekly on the weekend.

Requirements
Minimum 21 years old
12 months of recent tractor‑trailer experience plus 3 months verifiable teams experience in the last 3 years
Must be comfortable teaming and perform tight backing maneuvers at dealerships
Valid CDL‑A
DOT qualified
Must pass a comprehensive drug test
Positive safety and employment history
About the Role TA Dedicated is hiring CDL‑A Solo and Team Flex Drivers for our dedicated division, delivering after‑market automotive parts to dealerships. Flex drivers fill in when other drivers are on vacation or ill. Depending on assignment, you may run approximately 2,000 miles per week on solo routes or up to 4,000 miles per week on team runs. This is a Monday through Friday position with consistent weekly home time.
