Esler Companies – Renewal by Andersen is looking for motivated, goal-oriented individuals to join our Proximity Marketing Team. This role is more than knocking on doors. It’s where over 40% of our leaders began their careers. We provide paid training and ongoing support to help you succeed.
You’ll earn hourly pay plus performance bonuses while building real sales and marketing skills. This is an active, face‑to‑face role where you’ll connect with homeowners who already know and trust the

Responsibilities
Customer Engagement: Approaching potential customers at their door to identify their needs.
Product Knowledge & Communication: Clearly communicating and explaining our products and services.
Team Collaboration: Working closely with our call center to schedule appointments.
Customer Service: Providing a delightful, human connection as the first interaction with homeowners.
Resilience & Adaptability: Ability to handle rejection while being mindful and self‑aware.
Qualifications
No experience required.
Previous experience in sales, canvassing, or customer services is a plus.
Ability to work independently but also in a team environment.
Reliable transportation to the office.
