Line Cooks and Prep Cooks
for our state‑of‑the‑art dining outlets. Must have at least 1‑2 years of experience working in a high‑volume, quality kitchen preparing foods requiring short prep times. Must be a team player, self‑motivator, understand high volume, be flexible in work hours, have excellent organization skills and communication skills.
Full‑time hours available
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Performs all cooking functions to prepare daily menus.
Butcher all meats and fish.
Work omelet/carver station.
Maintain clean and orderly work areas.
Formulate recipes for soups, sauces, and specials.
Other duties may be assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
At least 1‑2 years of experience in a high volume, quality kitchen.
Team player, self‑motivator.
Excellent communication and organization skills; full‑ and part‑time opportunities available.
