At Federal Jack's, we take great pride in our food. We’re looking for Line Cooks who share our commitment to quality, with the skills to execute flawlessly in a high‑pressure environment. As a Line Cook in our kitchen, you will be responsible for preparing food orders according to our recipes and specifications, while ensuring that all orders are cooked in a timely manner. You will also be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of your workstation and adhering to all food safety and sanitation guidelines. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in a fast‑paced kitchen, as well as the ability to work well under pressure.
