Description of the role:
The On-Site Property Night Attendant at WoodSpring Suites Cleveland will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the property during the night hours, assisting guests with late check-ins, and responding to any guest inquiries or concerns that may arise. Responsibilities:
Monitoring security cameras and conducting regular property walks to ensure a safe environment. Assisting guests with late-night check-ins and providing information about the hotel amenities. Responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise during the night shift. Completing nightly reports and maintaining accurate records of any incidents or guest interactions. Requirements:
Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred. Ability to work night shifts and independently manage tasks and responsibilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Must live on property Benefits:
