Our company is looking for a Sales Receptionist to join our team. The receptionist will assist customers and sales staff by directing incoming calls to appropriate individuals. Our customer-facing personnel must establish and maintain positive relationships with our clients.
Responsibilities
Greet customers upon arrival and exit.
Answer the phone.
Respond to emails.
Handle all front desk duties.
Communicate effectively and politely with all customers, employees, and managers.
Collect payments from customers.
Assist in scheduling and confirming sales appointments.
Responsible for restocking refreshments, food, and lobby materials in the customer lounge.
Responsible for keeping the lounge area neat and inviting during business hours.
Requirements
Excellent customer service skills.
Exceptional telephone skills, with a high level of comfort, and a professional voice and manner.
Computer skills.
Outgoing and positive attitude.
Strong organizational skills.
Minimum of 1 year with customer service.
Must have a valid driver’s license/clean record/background.
Physical Requirements Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer and phone.
