Cookie Crew Member – Insomnia Cookies, Cedar Rapids, IA
As a member of the Cookie Crew at our brand-new Insomnia Cookies bakery located at 1st Ave SW, Cedar Rapids, IA 52404, you will be the primary point of customer interaction at the front of the store, while also baking and serving our warm, delicious cookies.
Responsibilities
Greet guests entering the store and take their orders according to procedure.
Help customers understand menu items, answer clarifying questions, and repeat orders for accuracy.
Deliver a warm experience with a smile in person and over the phone.
Bake cookies to perfection, including icing and scooping ice cream.
Ensure fast, warm, and correct delivery orders are packaged and sent out.
Handle cash and payments accurately, maintaining no shortages or overages.
Clean, sanitize, and maintain the bakery.

Desired Skills & Experience
At least 6 months of experience in a customer service‑focused role (preferred).
Personable, genuine, outgoing demeanor.
Customer service focus with a willingness to exceed guest expectations.
Strong communication, organizational, and math skills.
Ability to lift up to 40 lb boxes of product.
18 years or older to be employed.
Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
Legally eligible to work in the United States.
