Qualifications
Minimum 3 years’ experience in laying out, installation, and supervision of exterior metal framing.
Extensive knowledge of metal framing.
Responsibilities
Provide management oversight for all phases of commercial construction or renovation projects, coordinating workers, materials, and equipment.
Ensure specifications are followed and projects proceed on schedule and within budget.
Work with little or no supervision while managing different groups of sub‑contractors.
Hands‑on participation in punching out, moving materials, etc., as needed.
