Demonstrate care through positive attitudes, behaviors, and exceptional verbal skills.
Collaborate with a dedicated team to build the Sport Clips brand and support each other’s growth.
Manage daily salon operations, including scheduling, inventory, and staff development.

Qualifications
A valid state cosmetology or barber license.
Proven leadership experience in a salon or similar environment.
Commitment to ongoing education.
Strong knowledge of hair cutting, styling, and grooming techniques.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Familiarity with a range of hair care products, including shampoos, conditioners and styling products.
Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to multitask.
