Job Title: Board Relations & Volunteer Engagement Coordinator. Regular/Temporary: Regular. Full/Part Time: Full-Time. Job ID: 61811. Department: FSU Division of University Advancement. Responsibilities
Provide administrative, logistical, and strategic support to the Executive Director for Board Relations & Campaign Volunteer Engagement. Coordinate board and volunteer activities, support advancement and stewardship efforts, and facilitate clear communication across stakeholders. Ensure compliance with public notice requirements for FBOT meetings, set up and manage Zoom meetings, maintain and update the FBOT website, and manage board and volunteer data within DiligentOne/BoardEffect. Log meetings, maintain organized records, oversee confidentiality and conflict of interest forms, process disbursement requests for board and volunteer-related budget items, and coordinate meeting and event preparation. Support board and volunteer stewardship efforts, manage personalized stewardship touchpoints, coordinate monthly birthday cards to key board members and volunteers, and assist with volunteer-led advancement gatherings. Apply relevant University policies to ensure board operations remain compliant and well-documented. Attend relevant board meetings and travel as needed. Perform other duties as assigned to support the mission and goals of the Division of University Advancement. Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree and two years of experience; or a high school diploma or equivalent and six years of experience. Valid State of Florida or Georgia Driver’s License or ability to obtain upon hire.
