Montana Conservation Corps (MCC) is a private nonprofit organization dedicated to inspiring young people through hands‑on conservation service. MCC offers crew‑based programming that includes leadership development, community service projects, and natural‑resource work.

Responsibilities The Crew Member (CM) will assist in the completion of MCC natural resource projects. Crews will camp for most of their terms, often in remote locations, and work on varied terrain and in all weather conditions. Tasks may include maintaining trails, treating invasive species, building fences, operating chainsaws to reduce wildfire risks by thinning trees, and many other types of projects. Not all members will work on all types of projects. Crews may be deployed for natural disaster relief.
