Assembly Responsibilities
Perform mechanical assembly following blueprints, technical drawings and schematics
Operate hand and power tools
Requirements For Assembly
Hands-on experience with mechanical assembly; prior pump or motor assembly experience strongly preferred.
High School Diploma or GED
Able to read and follow technical drawings, blueprints and schematics
Strong mechanical aptitude and experience using hand and power tools
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Competence in basic data entry or inventory tracking systems
Able to problem-solve, prioritize tasks and lead a small team effectively
Able to lift and move up to 50lbs
Comfortable working in moderate to loud noise levels
Previous experience providing training, mentorship, and technical guidance to team members is a plus
Able to troubleshoot machines is a plus
Previous experience assembling pump components including motors, shafts, impellers, seals, and related parts using hand and power tools for AY machine experience
Can interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation to ensure accurate builds
Able to work independently and in a team environment
