Position Overview TA Dedicated is hiring professional CDL‑A truck drivers to join our Dedicated Chiquita division. Drivers will haul Chiquita containers from the port to destinations across Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, Georgia, and Florida, with an average of 1,800 to 2,500 miles per week. The role offers weekly home time with the potential to be home during the week, requires weekend work, and includes competitive accessorial pay and annual increases for the first three years.
Compensation & Benefits
Weekly pay: $1,100 – $1,400
Annual pay: $65,000 – $70,000
New‑hire transition bonus: $500 (paid on second paycheck)
Referral bonus: $3,000 per qualified driver referred
Paid orientation: $250/day for 2‑day paid orientation
Dedicated lane: Gulfport, MS to LA, AL, GA, FL and other areas as needed
Consistent, dedicated routes
Home weekly (often home during week)

Key Responsibilities
Haul Chiquita containers from port to designated destinations across multiple states.
Transport an average of 1,800–2,500 miles per week.

Qualifications
Minimum 21 years old.
Minimum 6 months recent tractor‑trailer experience.
Valid CDL‑A license.
DOT qualified.
Possess TWIC card or willing to obtain one (company reimburses).
Pass comprehensive drug test.
Excellent safety and employment history.
