Your Role
Facilitate fun, engaging, therapeutic, and social activities that promote residents’ emotional and physical well‑being
Assist the Activity Director in assessing, planning, selecting, and conducting activities that meet residents’ interests and care needs
Help prepare monthly activity calendars, flyers, and communication materials
Build positive rapport with residents and families, encouraging participation and creating excitement
Document resident involvement and progress; complete other duties as assigned by leadership
Who We’re Looking For
At least 1 year of job‑related experience preferred; long‑term care experience is a plus (other relevant experience also valued)
Creative, enthusiastic, and reliable team player
Motivated self‑starter who enjoys inspiring seniors to engage and connect
Passionate about supporting individualized care and meaningful resident experiences
