Enrollment Specialist responsibilities include:

Assist the Admissions & Records Supervisor by handling communication, organizing the calendar, and coordinating projects.

Welcome and direct visitors and clients.

Meet with prospective students, answer questions about the university, areas of study, and opportunities for students.

Make appointments and provide campus tours when the Admission Representative is unavailable.

Work closely with the Administrative Services Fiscal Coordinator to make necessary purchases on behalf of the Student Services Department.

Minimum Qualifications One year college coursework in a related field and one year relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of training and experience.

Position Details This position is located on the Matanuska‑Susitna campus in Palmer, Alaska. It is a full‑time, non‑exempt staff position with a competitive salary and full employee benefits package. UA provides a generous compensation package that includes retirement options, annual leave, 12 paid holidays per year, tuition waivers for employees and family members, and affordable medical, dental and vision care coverage. New hires will be placed on the UA Staff Salary Schedule, Grade 76, based on education and experience.
