Sports Anchor/Reporter

KTEN Television, the NBC/ABC/CW affiliates in Denison, Texas, has an opening for a Sports Anchor/Reporter. The successful candidate for this position will have extensive knowledge of sports, social media, be well versed in broadcast videography and editing, and — first and foremost — must be an exceptional journalist and storyteller with a strong, energetic on-air personality. Community involvement and the ability to cultivate solid relationships with area school administrations, coaches and players is critical. The successful candidate will work in the shadows of TV markets #5 (Dallas), #47 (Oklahoma City) and #62 (Tulsa). College degree or equivalent required.
