Responsibilities
Perform light to medium automotive repairs such as radiators, timing belts, alignments, and suspension systems.
Complete repairs for wheel bearings and axles.
Carry out vehicle climate control repair and replacement for ACs and heater cores.

Entry‑Level Auto Technician
(min 6 months experience): perform light maintenance, fluid checks, and initial inspection.
Brake and Tire Technician
(min 1 year experience): perform light maintenance or repairs, including changing brakes and tires.
Mid‑Level
(min 3 years experience): perform light to medium automotive repairs and minimal diagnostics.
Experienced Technician
(min 5 years experience): perform extensive repairs and heavy engine work, including advanced diagnostics on electric and hybrid vehicles.

General Qualifications and Requirements
Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools – must lift up to 60 pounds independently.
Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license; may be subject to an MVR check.
Work in a fast‑paced, production environment with exposure to weather conditions.
Use safety equipment, including face shield or goggles, non‑slip shoes, gloves, mask, and other protective garments.
