Responsibilities
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals
Consult with customers in a professional, upbeat manner
Educate customers on safe tanning practices and retail items
Maintain a clean and organized salon
Open and close the business – complete related paperwork and goal tracking
Walk customers to their rooms and demonstrate equipment use when needed
Attend off‑site sales and job trainings
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum age 18 years
Ability to stand, bend, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds for 7 hours per day
Reliable transportation and flexible availability, including nights and weekends
