Conduct thorough candidate screenings and prepare them for interview.
Negotiate job offers with candidates on behalf of clients.
Conduct reference checks on candidates.
Qualifications
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
Proactive approach in sourcing clients and candidates through high outbound call activity.
Comfortable building relationships over the phone.
Strong ethical values and integrity.
Effective negotiation skills.
Degree preferred; we welcome candidates from all backgrounds.
