Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Crew Member at our Northport, AL location. As a Crew Member, you will prepare and serve quality food products, interact with guests to ensure an excellent dining experience, manage cash transactions accurately, and maintain a clean and organized work environment. Additional responsibilities include supporting team members, following food safety guidelines, and upholding the restaurant's commitment to outstanding service and quality. Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends, is required.
Qualifications
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and positive attitude
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Proven teamwork and collaboration skills to ensure a productive and positive work environment
Basic math proficiency to handle cash transactions accurately
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Ability to follow food safety and hygiene protocols
A passion for serving high-quality food and delivering outstanding customer experiences
Previous experience in food service or a restaurant setting is a plus
