In-Store Shopper - Seasonal Part-Time

Base Pay Range $16.00/hr - $25.40/hr
Responsibilities As an In-Store Shopper, you’ll work on the Store Support team supporting Prime Now customer orders, preparing them for delivery and/or pickup. You’ll shop throughout the store for everyday goods including food, household items, and more. A flexible schedule is key to meeting customer needs, especially during busy weekends and holidays.
Availability Requirements
Team Members receive their schedule up to 3 weeks in advance.
Average shifts are 4–8 hours long.
Job Requirements
Comfort using handheld mobile technology to fulfill orders.
Fulfills online orders efficiently, accurately, and promptly.
Detail‑oriented, paying attention to product and order accuracy.
Eager to learn product knowledge, customer service standards, and store operations.
Ability to keep staging area organized and free of clutter.
Basic Qualifications
Must be at least 18 years old.
Ability to read and speak basic English.
Ability to lift up to 40 pounds, stand/walk for at least 6 hours, and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach with or without reasonable accommodation.
High School diploma or equivalent.
Physical Requirements / Working Conditions
Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
Workday: standing/walking 6–8 hours, sitting 1–4 hours.
Hand use: single grasping, fine manipulation, pushing and pulling.
Motion: bending, twisting, squatting, and reaching.
Exposure to FDA‑approved cleaning chemicals.
Exposure to temperatures: below 32 °F, 32–40 °F (refrigerators), and above 90 °F.
Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Use of tools/equipment: box cutters, electric pallet jacks, and other heavy machinery.
May require use of ladders.
Benefits The wage range for this position is $16.00–$25.40 hourly, commensurate with experience. New entry‑level Team Members who successfully complete their first 90 days of employment and who remain actively employed in an eligible role may be eligible for a base rate increase on their 90‑day anniversary.
