Responsibilities
Perform oil changes, tire rotations, and multipoint inspections per Ford Motor Company instructions
Test for system and component integrity, top off fluids, and inspect fluid conditions
Identify components that need replacement or maintenance
Perform BG services, fluid exchanges, alignments, and safety recalls
Drive the vehicle for testing purposes
Mount and balance tires
Maintain efficiency and accuracy in repairing vehicles
Repair or replace worn parts before vehicle breakdown or damage occurs
Use power tools, machine tools, and common hand tools to perform various tasks

Qualifications
High school diploma
Some experience is expected; additional training will be provided
Ability to read and comprehend written instructions and information
Understands basic operation of vehicles
Learns quickly
Strong oral and written communication skills
Customer service skills
Positive attitude and great teammate
Possess a clean and valid driver’s license
Ability to drive a manual transmission
Ensures customer’s cars are kept clean
Maintains a clean and orderly work stall
Ability to identify problems quickly
Knowledge of automobiles
Math, reading, and computer skills
Ability to learn new technology, repair, and service procedures and specifications
