Job Description Join our team of part‑time merchandisers to fulfill the merchandising needs of our customers through communication, relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or replacing displays. Become an ambassador of world‑famous brands such as Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, and Triscuit.
Represent Mondelēz in front of in‑store employees and work closely with the sales representative to optimize product visibility and construct promotional displays.
Conduct in‑store visits according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps, capturing pictures of displays at assigned stores.
Ensure Nabisco leading brands (Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, among others) are well represented, stocked, and maintained in accordance with Mondelēz’ guidelines.
Follow negotiated plans with store managers, communicating any issues with Mondelēz’ management team.
Adhere to the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager to deliver efficient in‑store service.
Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches.
Demonstrate a positive, upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz in store.
Qualifications
Minimum age 18 years and a valid driver’s license issued by the state of residence.
Positive, professional attitude, self‑motivated, able to work independently.
Availability to drive personal vehicle to a variety of store locations (mileage reimbursed).
Comfortable downloading and using work‑related applications on a personal device.
Ability to perform hard work in a fast‑paced environment, meeting physical activity requirements such as repetitive lifting, bending, carrying up to 25 lbs., and occasionally pushing or pulling over 50 lbs.
Prior retail or grocery experience is a plus.
Lives within 25 miles of the primary location (Eureka, MO) or secondary locations (Union, MO).
Schedule availability: Sunday to Thursday, 7:00 AM start.
Salary and Benefits Hourly compensation: $14.00–$16.00 based on relevant experience.
