Hyatt Vacation Ownership is hiring an in‑person Concierge in San Antonio, TX. This position offers an hourly base, commissions, and potential sign‑on bonuses up to $2,000 depending on experience.
Sign‑On Bonus
Up to $2,000 with 1 year of Timeshare Experience ($1,000 after training; $1,000 after six months of employment).
Up to $1,000 with no Timeshare Experience ($500 after training; $500 after six months of employment).

Responsibilities
Schedule sales presentations and manage customer expectations.
Provide the highest level of service to exceed budgeted sales presentation and volume production goals.
Ensure that all Owners and guests attending a sales presentation meet eligibility requirements and are open to learning more about products and services.
Use persuasive techniques that maximize revenue while maintaining existing guest loyalty.
Guest Experience & Company Standards
Welcome and greet guests; anticipate and address their needs.
Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly.
Contribute to team goals.
Always follow company policies and safety procedures.
Qualifications
Highly motivated with sales or customer service experience; enjoy interacting with guests either in person or by phone.
Available to work various shifts, holidays, and weekends.
Concierge and/or sales experience preferred.
Position may require background and drug screening per state and local requirements.
Must be able to perform physical tasks such as reach overhead and below knees, bending, twisting, pulling, stooping, and stand/sit/walk for extended periods.
