As a Parts Sales Manager, you will play a key role in driving sales performance, fostering a high‑performing team, and ensuring an exceptional WOW! customer service experience. Responsibilities
Leadership – Assist the Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing high‑performing employees.
Communication – Maintain clear, effective interactions with customers and employees.
Metrics – Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards.
Process – Follow structured store procedures, manage inventory, oversee cash handling, control shrink, and ensure operational efficiency.
Teamwork – Work collaboratively with store staff and commercial department leaders.
Parts Sales & Inventory Management – Lead efforts to exceed sales targets, optimize inventory levels, and ensure timely returns processing and merchandising.
Safety & Compliance – Enforce PPE use, promote risk management practices, and uphold company safety standards.
Commercial Account Support – Assist in managing commercial and hub departments to support timely deliveries and customer needs.
Problem Solving – Resolve customer concerns and store operational issues swiftly, upholding company policies.
Qualifications What We’re Looking For
Leadership: Demonstrates integrity, decision‑making skills, and strong leadership abilities.
Flexible Schedule: Availability mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
You’ll Go The Extra Mile If You Have
Excellent communication in Spanish and English.
Previous experience in automotive retail.
ASE Certification.
