Base Pay Range
$17.00/hr - $24.00/hr
Position Overview
Develops and supports Membership by providing information on Membership benefits, promoting the value of Company products and services, processing Memberships, upgrades, and credit accounts, and participating in sales and marketing events to meet Membership goals.
Maintains facility safety by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines, including safety sweeps, forklift spotting, hazardous material handling, steel standard guidelines, and reporting unsafe situations.
Fulfills Member Fax ’n Pull and Click ’n Pull orders: reviewing orders, pulling, scanning, wrapping, palletizing items, ensuring order accuracy, and handling out‑of‑stock merchandise.
Completes work assignments and priorities using policies, data, and resources, collaborating with managers, co‑workers, customers, and other partners, identifying priorities, deadlines, and expectations, and adapting to changes and feedback.
Provides Member service by acknowledging Members, identifying needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting Company products and services while complying with company policies, the Open Door Policy, and ethical standards.
