Responsibilities
Take drink orders from guests and obtain cocktails from the station.
Garnish and ice drinks as necessary, and serve beverages to guests in the lounge areas or on the gaming floors.
Maintain a clean station at all times and keep knowledge of current hotel & casino activities, beverage outlets and operations.
Follow all check settlement and Casino floor beverage control procedures.
Promote good guest relations and always accommodate any reasonable request.
Complete tasks dictated by the Supervisor/Team Leader on duty and other job-related duties as requested.
Qualifications
Ability to read, write and communicate verbally in English.
Skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with staff.
Ability to handle cash and accurately make change.
Ability to understand and comply with all departmental and Company rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.
