Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service within the grocery, dairy, and frozen food departments.
Ensure the Grocery, Dairy, and Frozen Food Departments are well stocked, clean, organized, and merchandised according to Earth Fare guidelines.
Implement Earth Fare merchandising standards as directed by the Grocery Manager to maintain an attractive sales floor.
Qualifications
Knowledge of common allergies and specialized dietary terms such as gluten‑free, vegan, and vegetarian (preferred).
Experience in a retail or customer service–oriented environment (preferred).
Environmental Conditions & Physical Demands
Work in a fast‑paced environment focused on customer service.
May work in environments of extreme cold.
Lift up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive bending, reaching, stooping, kneeling, and squatting.
Stand and be on one’s feet for the workday.
