Prep Cook - Carson's American Bistro
Carson's American Bistro is an eclectic American restaurant offering a wide array of American favorites including Prime Rib, USDA Angus steaks, chicken, pork, fish, seafood, and fresh salads.
We are now hiring full & part‑time prep cooks.
Base pay range:
$17.00/hr – $20.00/hr
Responsibilities
Prepare food components and ingredients for high‑volume kitchen operations.
Assist with cooking and plating dishes as directed by lead chefs.
Qualifications
Back‑of‑house preparation or kitchen experience.
Familiarity with cooking or chef/kitchen roles in a fast‑paced environment.
