Duties & Responsibilities
Prepare and cook food for service
Maintain proper grill cooking temperatures
Ensure that all kitchen equipment is clean and professional in appearance at all times
Manage food inventory
Maintain a safe work environment
Encourage good customer relations through product promotion
Requirements
Part-time seasonal commitment and weekend availability
Culinary experience a plus
Strong work ethic
Ability to lift 30 pounds
Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
Excellent communication skills
Ability to maintain positive attitude
Must be customer-oriented, organized, and detail oriented
Exceptional interpersonal skills and decision making ability
