Base pay will be determined by your skills and experience. Role is also eligible for team-based bonus opportunities. Temporary associates are not benefit-eligible but may participate in the company’s 401(k) program.

Veterans, transitioning active‑duty military personnel, and military spouses are encouraged to apply. Brookdale offers to advance fees for naturalization (Form N‑400) application costs, up to $725, for qualified associates who have been with us for at least a year.

Responsibilities

Assist the Executive Director and/or Manager of Sales and Marketing with all aspects of the community sales and marketing program.

Provide administrative and clerical support and coordinate various functions to enhance the image of the community.

Answer telephone calls, provide information to callers, or route calls to appropriate associates; place outgoing calls.

Meet and greet visitors, determine nature of business, and refer them to appropriate individual(s).

Assist in providing community tours to prospective residents and their families.

Promote community in a positive manner and communicate the company’s values to all audiences.

Type, edit, produce, and distribute a variety of documents, including correspondence, memoranda, statistical reports, and presentation materials.

Compile data for weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports as required.

File and copy correspondence and other records.

Enter and assign new leads in the marketing database system.

Represent the community at marketing and community events on occasion.

Assist in event planning, coordination, and set‑up.

Participate in community outreach.

Complete all required paperwork as assigned.

Qualifications Education and Experience : High school diploma or GED plus one to three years of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Certifications, Licenses, and Other Special Requirements : None.

Management/Decision Making : Makes standard, routine decisions based on detailed guidelines with little independent judgment. Problems are generally solved with clear, detailed guidelines or by reporting them to a supervisor.

Knowledge and Skills : Possesses a basic level of a skill; can follow written or verbal instructions; has basic technical skills to complete repetitive, well‑defined duties; basic knowledge of the organization to answer basic questions; computer skills required.
