Compensation Starting Wage: $15.50/hr – $15.81/hr Tip-inclusive guarantee: $20/hr minimum (if hired into a tipped position)

Job Responsibilities Make connections with guests and co‑workers Share our passion for the mountains during service Follow leadership’s guidelines outlined during the daily pre‑shift meeting Develop knowledge of all menu items to make recommendations to guests Operate a point‑of‑sale system to enter orders properly Maintain a clean and tidy workstation throughout and at the end of the workday Ski/snowboard out after work (optional + location dependent) Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements No formal experience necessary; we will teach you all the necessary skills to execute your job safely Desire to learn and grow Must be able to communicate fluently in English Ability to stand for extended periods of time, to bend, lift, and carry objects up to 40lbs
